Despite having the smoothest surface of any moon in our Solar System, the deeply scoured landscape of Europa, comprising ice and silica is clear. Under this crust lies an ocean of salty water, which erupts via gigantic geysers similar to those on Enceladus; another distant world with sub glacial waters which could harbour life. Hand printed from an engraved copper plate; inspired from images taken by the probe Galileo.
